The Altro Smart lock operates using the connection over WiFi. While operating the Altro Smart lock through Altro Smart app, you might face few issues sometimes indicating poor WiFi connection:
  • Not receiving motion detection notifications
  • App not updating the lock or unlock state accurately
  • Motion detected videos not getting played consistently
  • App getting stuck while performing lock or unlock operations
